How to Combat Employee Myths and Evaluate Culture
hat percent of people do you think are stressed “a lot
of the day”? A 2022 Gallup report of U.S. and Cana-
dian workers puts that number at 50%. The number
is even worse for women (54%) and workers under
W40 (58%). Globally, stress levels reached an all-time
high in 2021. But back in 2009, in the middle of the Great Recession, the
worldwide number was only 31%. That is not great.
